To make sure you feel happy, safe and always have a positive experience, we’ve designed a generous, fair and transparent store policy. . Don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The return or exchange of Art is unfortunate but understandable due the nature of Original Art work and colour variations on arrival. We understand that art can look different in person compared to the online representation of the product. We endeavour to represent the artwork to you as best as we can, however, discrepancies in overall colour and texture of the artwork may vary. Returns and exchanges are done on a case by case basis.
To start a return, you can contact us at m@curtaincallart.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All shipped artwork is shipped with insurance.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Original Artwork.
All original artwork is packaged and send sent via currier service. The piece will be delivered with 28 days of purchase unless otherwise stated due to exhibition schedules of the indiviual work or... should you be feeling particularly spicy, the collection you have purchased.
Limited Edition Prints.
All Limited Edition Prints are sold during a set time frame. Once the sale window closes, the order for the prints are made with my printers either in Dubai UAE or Oxford UK. Once the prints have been made, they are shipped to me in the UAE or UK which is where emboss, sign, package and ship them to you.
I will be in touch with you regarding the progress of the print process until it is shipped.
Prints are wrapped in waxed parchment and shipped rolled in a roobust tube unless otherwise stated.
Prints are in the care of the shipping provider when they leave my studio. All tracking can be done through the link provided on the date of posting.
The price of the print is inclusive of world wide standard shipping.
